About the Company
We Track Cars (Pty) Ltd t/a Pace Tracking built the Pace Tracking Mobile Client and Pace Tracking Mobile Tracker apps as a Commercial apps. This SERVICE is provided by We Track Cars (Pty) Ltd t/a Pace Tracking and is intended for use as is. The Pace Tracking Mobile Tracker app collects location data from the device it is installed in. This app may collect location data while the app is closed.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Pace Tracker unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

The information we collect

We collect and process your personal information mainly to contact you for the purposes of understanding your requirements, and delivering services accordingly.  For this purpose we will collect contact details including your name and organisation.
We collect information directly from you where you provide us with your personal details.  Where possible, we will inform you what information you are required to provide to us and what information is optional.

Website and application usage information may be collected using “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information. 

How we use your information

To do this, simply send us an email on info@pacetracking.co.za or call us on +27639569901 as provided on our website and specify what information you require.  We will need a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before providing details of your personal information.

Please note that any such access request may be subject to a payment of a legally allowable fee.    

Correction of your information
You have the right to ask us to update, correct or delete your personal information. We will require a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before making changes to personal information we may hold about you. We would appreciate it if you would keep your personal information accurate. 

Definition of personal information
